Where to buy NutriPots?

You can buy directly from us on our online shop or visit one of the retailers listed on the stockists page of this site.

Ordering – Handling personal information securely

Ordering – Out of stock items

Occasionally, if an item is very popular, we may not have enough stock to fulfil all orders immediately. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we’ll let you know when we expect it back.

Ordering – Payment

Payment can be made by credit or debit card. You will be guided through this process when you place your order.

We are unable to accept American Express payments at this time.

When you place your order we will charge your card for any items when they are shipped. We’ll authorise your credit card at the time of your order. As part of this authorisation process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the order amount. The hold will be removed after a few days. The exact time depends on the rules set by your bank – please ask them for details.

Order cancellation or change of order

We’re usually pretty fast at processing orders so that you receive your NutriPots as quickly as possible. You can change or cancel your order at any point prior to fulfilment by us by emailing but if your order is already being packed or on its way you can set up a new order for extra items or please follow the returns policy as outlined in the order terms and conditions to send back any items you no longer require.

Delivery Information

We offer standard and express delivery options – just make your selection at checkout. For orders over a certain value we offer free standard delivery so keep an eye out for special offers.

Orders made before 1.30pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day ready to despatch. If you select standard delivery we’ll aim to deliver your parcel in 2-3 working days. For Express delivery you’ll be able to enjoy your NutriPots the next working day.

Returns and exchanges

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase and we take care to ensure Nutripots are provided to you in good condition, however should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If the products received are damaged please notify us within fourteen days of delivery on and we will provide further information on how to return them for replacement.
